USA Today on AlphaCore’s “Creating a Winning Team While Giving Back” Event

According to the National Alliance to End Homelessness, nearly 600,000 people experienced homelessness in 2020. To help make a difference, San Francisco Giants, Vice Chairman, Rob Dean and San Diego Padres CEO, Erik Greupner joined forces with AlphaCore Wealth Advisory for our “Creating a Winning Team While Giving Back” event, which was highlighted in a recent USA Today article.

USA Today reports that while Padres owner, Peter Seidler has led a group of business leaders every Tuesday for the past six years in an attempt to find solutions to the homelessness issue, this Tuesday’s meeting included nearly 200 of AlphaCore’s clients during September 21’s game between the Padres and San Francisco Giants at Petco Park.

One of the primary discussions was the growing homelessness in local communities and what steps can be taken to help the critical problem. AlphaCore Wealth Advisory CEO and Founder Dick Pfister told the publication that he hopes the event will help make a difference in the homelessness epidemic in San Diego and San Francisco.
